The weekly rhythm, every week

One scheduled visit, same caregiver, same day. A familiar face checks how your loved one is doing — moving around the house, eating, sleeping, feeling — and looks for safety: trip hazards, a fridge running low, prescriptions needing refilling. The same caregiver returns every week. Trust is built by familiarity, not rotation.
Proof after every visit, sent the same day. A short photo or video update and a written note. If something changed, your family hears that day.
Help with paperwork nobody else will touch. Medical forms, appointment scheduling, emails, and organizing bills and paperwork.
A real person to call in an emergency, day or night. FW — someone who already knows the house, the routines, and your loved one, not a call center in another state.
A monthly summary and an honest conversation. What is steady, what is changing, and an honest recommendation. If your loved one is doing fine, we say so. If it is time to talk about full home care, we say that plainly, with no pressure.
First in line when full care is needed. Local Daughter families go first for assessment and staffing, with a caregiver the family already knows.

What FW Local Daughter is not

Not nursing care, and not a medical assessment. FW Healthcare Services is a home health agency, not a nursing agency.
Not round-the-clock or live-in care. It is a weekly visit, plus an emergency contact you can actually reach.
It does not replace you, a doctor, or emergency services. If something is wrong, we call you — and, if needed, emergency services — first.

Families with a loved one living alone in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, or Okeechobee County — FW’s licensed service area in Florida (AHCA Area 9).
Snowbird families with a loved one in Florida part of the year.
Local families who work full-time and worry between visits.
Veteran families — Local Daughter can also be the bridge while a VA benefit application is pending.

Pricing

$299/month — the first 10 families to sign up get it at $199/month.

FW Healthcare Services, LLC is an AHCA-licensed home health agency (License #299996787) based in Greenacres, Florida. A local agency with local caregivers — not a franchise, not a call center. Office hours 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, with 24/7 on-call support. Caregivers are trained through FW’s own home health aide program.
